Real needs from reviewed NGOs

Give what’s needed. Know where it goes.

Fund the exact item an NGO has asked for — not a general pool. We order it from a supplier, who delivers it to the NGO.

Generous isn’t always the same as useful.

  1. Donors are left guessing. There’s no easy way to know what’s actually needed right now.

  2. Needs keep changing. What helped last month may not be what’s missing today.

  3. Kind donations don’t always match. Well-meant items can arrive that nobody asked for.

  4. Giving and need rarely connect. Once you give, there’s little to show where it went.

The number we want to change

14.9% of everyday household giving in India reaches non-religious organisations.

How it works

From a real need to a delivered item

Every rupee is tied to one specific item, chosen by you.

  1. Step 1: NGOs list exactly what they need.

Our team reviews every NGO and every item before it goes live.

  2. Step 2: You choose an item and fund it.

Pick how many. The price already covers tax, shipping and delivery.

  3. Step 3: We order it, the supplier delivers.

Paid items go into our next weekly order, delivered to the NGO.

  4. Step 4: The NGO confirms it arrived.

Questions

Something else? Contact us

How do you check NGOs and their needs?

Our team reviews each NGO’s registration documents, then reviews and prices every item before it goes live. Certificates such as 12A and 80G are shown only while they’re in date.

What does the price include?

The price you see covers the item, tax, shipping and delivery to the NGO.

What happens after I pay?

You get a receipt by email. Paid items go into our next weekly order with a supplier, who delivers them to the NGO.

What if an item is fully funded while I’m paying?

You won’t be charged for something nobody needs any more: your payment is refunded in full, automatically.

How can my NGO list its needs?

Our team onboards every NGO. Take the short NGO survey or contact us, and we’ll be in touch.

Our approach

Why we’re building
GiveWithTrust

GiveWithTrust started with a simple question: when someone wants to help, how do they know what’s actually needed? Too often, giving is well meant but guessed. The wrong things arrive, and what an NGO really needs stays on its list.

We’re a small team in Pune building a better way. NGOs share exactly what they need, donors choose a specific item to fund, and every donation stays connected to the need it was meant for, right through to delivery at the NGO.

  1. Need first.

We start from what NGOs ask for.

  2. Visible by design.

Every donation stays connected to its need.

  3. Built together.

Donors and NGOs shape what we build.

The people building it

Three people in Pune who believe giving should start with what’s needed, building GiveWithTrust alongside the donors and NGOs it’s for.
